You will:

• Produce account specific reports and tasks for account teams with accurate detail in a timely manner.
• Analyse data and provide simplistic reporting for the Commercial  Director and Sales Team in a timely manner.
• Take the initiative and review process improvements to established ways of working in order to gain further efficiencies and share best practice.
• Be part of the SMM team and take  responsibility for delivering, developing and evolving Business Reporting & Insight
• Solution focussed approach to solving technical challenges and analysing data
• Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Senior Managers, Sales Managers and their teams as well as wider support functions such as Marketing and Education.

• Be part of a positive and inspiring working environment to help simplify the agenda for our Field Sales Teams

You are:

• A highly customer focused individual who can filter complex information and communicate with confidence at all levels.
• Able to manage deadlines and produce high standard of work to tight timescales
• Enthusiastic on driving forward the performance of our direct sales teams with the intent of delivering against the Redken 3 Year plan. 
• Able to influence a varied stakeholder group with a solution orientated attitude while delivering against all required deadlines.

You have:

• Advanced Microsoft skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Highly developed verbal reasoning and communication skills
• Strong report writing skills and the ability to make complex analytical findings accessible in a simple manner
• An understanding of Boost or similar reporting suites (favourable)
