The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermo-cosmetics, enjoying double-digit growth in the UK and Ireland for several consecutive years as a result of increased awareness and customer advocacy. The division includes four brands: La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals and Roger & Gallet. The brands are sold in healthcare outlets worldwide, including pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spas and physician’s offices. Our brands are developed and endorsed by health professionals, including dermatologists, paediatricians and cosmetic doctors.
What are key highlights of this role?
A National Account Manager at L’Oréal takes full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving effective customer relationships. You will be required to work in a cross-functional team to develop and execute a differentiated, effective business plan with the retailer. You will be responsible for delivering growth using a collaborative approach whilst striving towards mutually beneficial results.
NAMs require a strategic mind-set & ability to develop a strong internal & external network. You will be driven by the challenge of delivering category & brand growth and negotiating terms with your account(s) in order to exceed targets.
