Online Brand Manager – L'Oréal Professionnel Paris

Professional Products Division


Be part of our omni-channel acceleration by leading the development & execution of our brand online. We are obsessed with recruiting new consumers into the brand & helping them discover our amazing products. You will lead the online acceleration of recruitment – partnering with our e-retailers to improve online execution with A+ content, Ratings & Reviews & placement, optimize performance media in real time with them & ensure we hit our ambitious sales targets for this strategic channel.  You will also be responsible of leading the roll-out of our key launches/animations on our owned platforms (brand website, SMHP application).

 

You will work closely with the rest of the marketing & comms. team in the UK and liaise with central teams in Paris & share/reapply best practice from other countries. You will be very closely linked with the commercial team, E-Nams, Education team, communications and digital engagement team, finance and supply chain. You should be adept at working at all levels from senior management to retailers.

 

To help you achieve this you will have two direct report: an intern who will be dedicated to our e-retail business (insights & analysis, marketing plan execution) and an apprentice who will oversee the day to day execution on our owned channels (brand website updates, brand CRM, SMHP application). This role reports to the L'Oréal Professionel Paris Retail Brand Business Manager.



E-Retail Marketing Strategy

·Build consumer & customer centric business plans in collaboration with Commercial Director and E-NAMs
·Collaborate with Product teams to develop the online strategy for launches & key animations by e-retailer.
·Lead and build performance media strategy by player
·Understand key challenges and opportunities to develop strong sell out plans driving growth

E-Retail Marketing Execution

·Manage the implementation of the E-Retail marketing plan incl. all big launches & key animations.
·Provide all key assets for campaign activation and implementation to all customers incl. NLF, launch packs, etc.
·Lead the execution, tracking & optimisation of all performance media with our e-retailers.

eRetail Digital and Social Execution

·Develop and implement the brand social media strategy for eRetailers
·Create the eCRM plan and adapt brand content per retailer.
·Ensure best in class implementation of global guidelines for B2C ecom product pages
·Design ad hoc content for top players: Blog, banners, stories, contest, etc.
·Optimise content

 

Deliver eRetail brand target

·Achieve eRetail brand budget figures, sell in value & volume.
·Deliver sell out projected growth in top e-retailers.
·Collaborate with the Product team in sizing new launches & animations
·Deliver weekly sales in & out analysis by retailer

 

Manage budget

·Manage eCommerce A&P including tracking all co-operative marketing investment attributed to e-retailers & conducting ROI analysis.

 

E-Retail Catalogue Management and Forecast

·NPD planning and forecast - gathering customer feedback where relevant & inputting into product team.
·Work with key customers to optimise their product portfolio online
·Analyse impact of discontinuations and advise if any gap to be filled

 

Brand Web mastering/SMHP

·Oversee the Brand Website optimization and content updates based on the marketing’s brief/ DMI recommendation
·Work with DMI to enhance the experience on our Style My Hair Pro app

 

Brand Digital Project Lead

·Be the point of contact with various stakeholder on adhoc / brand digital projects (DMI, CDO, Zone IT, CMO)


·A strong marketing or digital background
·A Passion for the online space & digital marketing
·Experience of leading new strategies & the drive to implement creative and innovative campaigns and strategies.
·Experience delivering brand and category growth for your brands.
·Skills in digital marketing ranging from monitoring analytics, interpreting data, implementing effective CRM campaigns to target core consumers effectively.
·Strong presentation and communication skills – written and verbal.
·Strong negotiator and highly organised with prioritisation skills.
·Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
