Executive Summary
This exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant has arisen in the Professional Products Division. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record to ensure the development of the Redken and Professional Selective Brands business in Ireland. The principal responsibilities of the role include the following:

Purpose of your new role
As a key player on the Redken and Professional Selective Brands team you will be responsible for the development of an existing account base and bringing new salons on board. You will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to execute the commercial plans of the division in order to achieve and exceed defined revenue, growth, promotional and distribution objectives.

Your key job accountabilities
? build effective and profitable relationships with all accounts
? achieve growth, revenue & volume objectives
? manage promotional planning in each account
? review business opportunities within the territory and develop new accounts
? manage credit control and cash collection

Experience Required
? At least three years previous field sales experience in a relationship focused sales environment
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
? Strong analytical and budget management skills
? Strong administration and organisational skills and ability to multi task and priorities.
? Be a self starter
? Creative problem solving ability
? Pro-active team player
? PC skills – Office Suite literacy essential Excel & Powerpoint literate
? Full clean driving license
