You will

Be responsible for driving the Lancôme Fragrance strategy for UKI, with a sharp focus on accelerating core pillars, using insight to develop cut through marketing plans and driving the long term axe vision working closely alongside DMI and Zone. 

-Be the champion of the fragrance category with laser focus on driving core pillars 

-Build consumer knowledge of Lancôme core targets, working closely with CMI 

-Work with CMI / Zone / DMI to ensure clear point of view on market needs to ensure the UK is front of mind as a drive country, influencing product & animations developed by DMI  

-Build strategy & vision for your products & axe with clear UK lens

-Develop & lead full 360 product plans, working closely with other 3.0 functions 

-Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue

-Upskill the team on market trends, consumer insights and competitor best practices 

-Forecast future launches, from competitor benchmarks to sizing

-Manage a budget with focus on ROI and smart investments 

-Lead on the monthly retail reporting / performance of launches for your axe

-Support Brand Marketing Manager on Key Zone / DMI requests & presentations (Budget, DG connects, Zone)
