We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

The brand: Health is the future of beauty, and Vichy is on a mission to democratise dermatology and support people’s skin and scalp health at every stage of life. You will be working on a brand with a rich heritage and leading innovations – Vichy is Dr. founded, dermatologist recommended, and committed to skin health science. We have big ambitions and a clear strategy. You will be working on groundbreaking dermatological products, from a Top 10 Serum to skincare for menopause and medically-detailed scalp health innovations.  You will be part of an agile team, embracing collaborative working, proactively sharing ideas and encouraging ongoing innovation.

You will


Create bespoke, differentiated retailer plans for both Bricks & Mortar retailers and eretailers in line with our medical DNA and overall brand strategy

Lead omnichannel retailer activations and eventing to contribute to making Vichy a leader in shopper-centric activations, showcasing our medical anchorage across all touchpoints and effectively targeting shoppers 

Present plans and engage with retailers to maximise brand and category opportunities

Own brand merchandising online and offline across retailers, working closely with merchandising and product marketing managers to optimise discoverability and navigation, as well as highlighting our medical DNA.

Lead brand’s sampling and GWP strategy

Work closely with performance media teams to activate strong transactional media activations in line with retailer and brand plans

Mobilise, motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on all lower funnel activation, including commercial, category, merchandising, and performance media teams

Ensure activations and plans are rooted in insights – you will be the brand expert and able to advise based on shopper/consumer insights.


Be accountable for achieving brand Conso Net Sales targets by retailer, engaging Commercial National Account Managers and Supply Chain teams to monitor performance, flag risks and create opportunities for growth.

Track and analyse performance on sell in, sell out, and market share. Support on internal business updates. Monitor and engage teams on forecast accuracy.

Support Brand Business Lead on strategic business meetings, internally and externally, as well as key strategic projects.


Support the medicalisation of our brands – working to make our ranges easy to navigate at point of sale and highlighting our medical superiority to meet consumer needs

Plan, attend and present at internal & external meetings, such as retailer meetings and divisional conference days, to energise the audience behind our plans and vision

You have

Experience preferably within a fast-paced consumer sales or marketing environment, with an understanding of a mix of distribution points and a passion for skincare and Dermocosmetics

Educated to at least a degree level

Vision – able to create and develop strong brand visions and action plans, taking the lead on motivating the wider business

Experience with 360 consumer activations – with understanding of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)

A strong sensitivity to the dermatological skincare market, with a keenness to develop understanding for the different category dynamics

Digital orientation - to grow awareness and engagement online across multiple platforms; pure media, social, and
