• Deliver consistent and effective activations that maximise the profitability of our doors and drive high consumer love and satisfaction.
? O+O customer experiences: Design and implement launch and permanent in-store activations grounded in shopper insights and retail data. In doing so, ensure that the brand’s image standards/guidelines are met and that online and offline customer experiences link seamlessly to (and benefit from) each other (e.g. VTO, QR codes, virtual consultations)
? Distribution management: In partnership with Retail Design and Brand Marketing teams, lead the strategy and execution of the new YSL “ABC” tiered distribution system (e.g. VM by store tier, Boots gondolas designs).
? In doing so, monitor the performance of the best-performing doors and ensure that investment is focused on these top doors, for them to become true experience centres.
? Cross functional Leadership & Collaboration: Partner daily with Retail Design,Commercial Education and Retail teams and work with them as ONE TEAM. Implement all necessary actions to support the field teams, ensuring they have all tools and guidance to achieve in-store excellence and high NPS scores. Manage all in-store communications (e.g. planogram updates, retail VM guidelines, brand visibility calendar). Visit stores if and when required.
? Project management & cost-conscious mindset: Manage and control project budgets, ensuring PO invoicing and monthly reconciliation. Responsible for reviewing and accurately forecasting launch & permanent VM designs / assets (UK is a YSL Drive country). Manage timely brief submission to suppliers and oversee execution.
? Competition tracking: Regularly monitor competitors’ activities both online and offline. When safe again, visit store locations and test competition’s brand experiences through the eyes of the customers. Share best practices with HQ, Zone and DMI.
? Team management: Inspire and bring the best out of direct team by spending time to remove blockers and understand needs/ motivations. Provide prompt, constructive feedback and identify opportunities to grow and upskill.

• Education to degree level
