Digital Specialist


In-house digital and media expert supporting all brands on media execution and excellence. From online campaigns, editorial websites management, CRM, search & SEO to activating services and growing ACD’s 1P Database.


  • Launch media campaigns with the brand teams with the right messaging and content across the funnel and cracking the right media mix per brand
  • Research & Data analysis: strong proficiency in data extraction and trends analysis and reporting on a regular basis
  • Ensure consistency and harmonization of all of our online activities across all platforms with PR, eCommerce and offline teams whilst adhering to brand guidelines and equity
  • Support and work with brands on launching upcoming editorial websites for the division, with a strong search and SEO plan in place
  • Ensure that the brands activate CRM and AI services to connect with our audiences & focusing on our 1P Data activation
  • Measurement across all touchpoints with identified KPIs & measurement against L’Oreal Benchmarks


  • 2/3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Languages: written & spoken English and Arabic
  • Google Analytics certification & Google Ad words certification
  • Use of digital tools is a must(SEO, Social Analytics, Sprinklr, Social Management, etc)


  • Strong project management knowledge and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong partners management skills to manage external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Solid analytical skills and being detail-oriented
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
  • Understanding of Search & SEO
  • CRM & 1P Data focus and proficiency
