General Description

A communications manager working closely with media and influencer outlets and constructing messages for consumers and stakeholders. That includes working closely on Influencer led campaigns management, mega events and key activations for all brands across the divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage media/influencers relations, including finding new talents
  • Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks
  • Be the internal « operational » media interlocutor
  • Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations
  • Execute Public Relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors… ( shoots, events, digital activations)
  • Promote launches and events internally and externally
  • Work on key events, celebrity appearances and managing top talents
  • Generate monthly reports with ongoing activations
  • Spot new talent influencers for the group
  • Use measurement tools to report back influencer led campaign results
  • Ensure the database of influencers is complete and updated for all influencers activations across the subsidiary
  • Ensure internal process is followed in all activations from registration to contract and follow-up on payments once the campaign is concluded
  • Work closely with global team on key events and activations for the brand

Knowledge & Experience
  • 5+ years in the Communication field
  • Worked closely with tier 1 media and influencers in the region
  • Managed digital campaigns with the support of the marketing team and in alignment with the Corporate Communication head
  • Managed PR and event management agencies in the region
