KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

To foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through

·         Ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in Stores, implementing international programs.

·         Supporting the salons development activity in a sustainable way, acting as a Business Facilitator.

 

With client/customers

·         Help a portfolio of salons develop their business by providing a customized business analysis , and relevant management training, intranet trainings and transversal services

·         Develop customized coaching programs for salons

·         Promote L’OREAL among and build a network of salon managers

 

With trainers/representatives

·         Identify professional talents in the market, recruit, train and promote them as trainers

·         Train, coach and follow up

·         Equip and train

·         Organize yearly activities

 

Project Management

·         Content and platform management (dealing with agencies)

·         Consolidating data and reporting

·         Keep an eye on competition and report on market initiatives

·         Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan
