Performance Media Specialist


Develop and execute a world class digital performance media plan that will drive a step change in digital growth, revenue, engagement and brand awareness, whilst developing innovative and best in class campaigns across Digital Media/eCommerce, CRM, Social and Content, SEM,  SEO, Google Shopping, Affiliates, Display (inc Programmatic), Mobile, Video and Retargeting.


Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for digital across Middle East

    • Execute overall digital strategy for PPD, taking into account our full brands proposition, DMI digital guidelines and best practice; including but not limited to, e-commerce, digital media, CRM, social media & content and brilliant basics (search,display, video and retargeting)
    • Ensure excellence in execution of digital brilliant basics across SEM, Display, Video, Retargeting, social & content and SEO strategy
    • From the data, draw strategic insights that inform digital strategy, measure digital activity performance and ROI, and course correct the plan where necessary

Assist with digital media planning, evaluation and auditing & social and content strategy and planning

    • Coordinate with the media agency, assisting overall annual digital media strategy to reach key audience through variety of digital media channels.
    • Overall assist in control of the digital media plan ensuring that key booking dates are met, supporting brand managers to deliver campaigns on time and driving full value out of our media.
    • Setting search KPI’s for media that ensures they are continually driven to achieve and exceed these targets while maintaining ROI and management of the media to produce meaningful post campaign analysis.
Assist in leading Campaigns and Digital Budget
    • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans.
    • Monitor future digital trends and relevance to the Middle East market goals. In particular, stay abreast of innovation in the digital spaces that have business relevance to PPD and suggest experimentation where significant potential for incremental profit may exist
Provide strategic insights that inform digital strategy, measure digital activity performance and ROI, and course correct the plan where necessary
    • Oversee data segmentation strategy that drives retention, advocacy and cross-sell.
    • Assist the team in improving consumer data, targeting, ROI, optimisation and measurement.
    • Update management team with relevant digital reporting and analysis to inform forward strategy monthly


    • 5 years’ experience in Digital Media: Search, Programmatic & Social
    • Demonstrated ability to define Digital performance media strategies, including how they relate to the achievement of business goals, and to lead implementation projects across complex organizations. Preferrable though media agency.
    • Understanding of technical concepts and interest in future digital trends and how they translate into meaningful commercial opportunities
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital marketing
    • Ability to influence at all levels.
    • Ability to plan and deliver strategic initiatives.
