Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Manager – ACD

Reporting to: Vichy, LRP, SKC Brand Mangers

 

JOB CONTENT

Define, in collaboration with the brands and the country managers, the appropriate trade marketing strategy per brand.

Develop & Implement the activities, in every country, in order to to contribute to brand growth and business objectives.

Insure excellence in implementation and respect of deadlines. 

Manage budget and ROI for each trade marketing activities

Monitor and improve processes to better collaborate well and link marketing and commercial activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Implements in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines activities in line with budget and
    commercial targets

  • Reports requirements to the Brand Directors, enhances visibility in the pharmacies

  • Proactively manages all marketing material replenishment in the channels

  • Acts as country liaison with distributors

  • Manages visibility bookings, production & identification of visibility space opportunities

  • Screens ideal production third parties according to projects & negociates budgets

  • Oversee the performance of POS

  • Analyze sell-out of store and brands to monitor ROI of visbility implementation

  • Conduct monthly reports on visibility by customers, impact on sales, shopper insights, traffic in-store, and store KPIs

  • Analyze competition, best practices in the local market

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of products/category

• Research and market data analysis

• Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment

• Knowledge of markets trends and consumers

• Financial knowledge (P&L, S21, Cost of Goods, sales forecasts)

• Media planning knowledge

• Ability to adapt advertising creative material

• Knowledge of the brand
