Responsible for leading the Liquid Face Pre-Development team in innovative product development for the US Liquid Foundation category.  Candidate will utilize knowledge and experience from Liquid Make up or even Skincare background in order to create disruptive products and manage a team in the field

Candidate will work in a team-oriented environment with strong collaboration within R&I globally, to ensure a smooth transition of products and technologies from upstream departments to the development team. This candidate will have strong personal/communication skills, as this role will interact with several different groups on both a local and global level in order to establish new deliverables, as well as support the natural progression of product development.


  • Manages team in leading the creation of new Liquid Make Up technologies from concept to formulation, focusing on consumer need gaps and trends.
  • Follows through on all aspects of projects under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborates and work effectively in a team-oriented international environment (Pre-Development Hubs in US, France, China, India, Japan and Brazil).
  • Communicates and presents technologies effectively to different global functions within the company (pole leaders, DI, CMI, evaluation, Upper Management, etc.)
  • Develops a wide knowledge base of the competitor’s patent environment and implement patent strategies to safeguard internal technologies.
  • Works Closely with the Applied Research Team to ensure that a smooth transition of innovative technologies to the pre development team.
  • Works closely with development labs to ensure a smooth transition of new products and technologies.


  • Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related scientific discipline with 6-10 years of work experience.
  • Ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of product innovation and development processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Multi-lingual skills desirable.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US on an on-going basis.
