Education Manager – Skincare – Lancôme (Maternity Cover)

You will:

Passionate about and an expert in skincare, you’ll be responsible for the education of this pillar to our Lancôme Beauty Advisors across all retailers. Your principal accountability would be the creation, development and delivery of skincare training including materials and methods. This includes: basic discovery training, skin expert training, facial training, skincare sections of Seasonal trainings and coaching packs.

  • Development and Delivery of Skincare training including modules/materials/POS tools to reach company retail and service objectives

  • Working in partnership with whole education team, Marketing, Merchandising and PR among other teams.

  • Regular store visits to ensure training message is implemented by Area Managers -Retail and Education team, also to ensure education and coaching method is relevant to the business

  • Training and up skilling Area Managers -Retail and Education team on new modules and develop their coaching skills at point of sale.

  • Coach BA at point of sale in key cities by visiting the field once a month, evaluate the needs of future training and ensure the Education and coaching method is up to date and effective.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs-report on improvement and impact on sales/service, feedback to Retail and Education Director and National Education Manager

  • Conducts needs analysis for new exciting trainings and integrate feedback in the preparation/revision of all Core Programs.

  • Determine new trends in Education and ensure trainings and tools are modern and interactive.

  • Maintain master files for all projects including finished pieces and final unit cost details.

You have:

  • Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all of the following:

  • Strong communication skills, with an articulate manner

  • Competent with Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint

  • Great relationship building skills and the ability to network at all levels

  • The ability to work autonomously

  • Initiative and foresight

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit

  • Skincare experience and knowledge as well as infectious enthusiasm for this subject
