Would you like to be a part of the adventure?

We are looking for bright young minds who can join us in the MARKET RESEARCH TRACK of Management Trainee Program 2019 from July 1st 2019.  

You will undergo a 2-3 stint rotational learning program for 12 months to gain consumer marketing insights mastery and hands-on experience of the beauty business.  These stints will provide exposure to our consumer division in areas such as market research, sales, marketing, e-commerce, media, supply chain etc.

Post successful completion of your 12 months rotational stints, you will be confirmed as an Assistant Manager. The stints will be based in Mumbai and you work with an experienced mentor.

Key Success Factors:

·         Understanding of consumer research and methodologies that are deployed in research

·         Capability to develop and deploy the research plan in accordance with the needs of the business and ensure the same is executed

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Sensitivity towards beauty and key trends in the beauty industry

Internal and External Interactions: Division Head, Country Marketing teams, Innovation Team DMI, Functional Heads e.g. Finance ,CMI team in Research and Innovation and external research agencies

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

We expect Management Trainees to be mobile. Travel will be need based for this role.


Graduate with 2-3 years of experience or MBA with 0-1 year experience in consumer insights experience in sectors such as Research, FMCG, E-commerce organizations will be advantageous for the role.

Selection Process:

We will invite candidates who match the requirements for an assessment centre that will include interviews, case exercise and psychometric assessment.
