Customer Relationship Manager
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead programs and campaigns across email, loyalty, and SMS channels. You'll be responsible for creating and managing the lifecycle experience for prospects and active subscribers – and reactivating churned customers. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, customer-centric, and comfortable working within a high-growth environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive direct results and oversee the planning and development of growth marketing strategies and campaigns. In partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Finance teams, you will bring all aspects of CRM campaigns and growth initiatives to life and bring Youth To The People to more consumers across the globe.
Responsibilities:
Ideate, develop, and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on prospecting for new customers and reactivating churned customers across email, SMS, on-site, and loyalty.
Plan, develop, brief, and execute campaigns and programs from strategy to development to execution.
Establish a deep understanding of how best to use data insights to deliver results while understanding the user mindset and behavior.
Build and implement ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve performance across Opens, CTRs, and
Develop and deliver compelling, personalized buyer journeys, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams.
Maintain reporting, including E-mail, SMS, Loyalty, and Cohort. Communicate clear direction and actionable insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing lifecycle marketing programs, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or active lifestyle brands.
Expertise in segmentation, personalization, journey building, and optimizing for engagement and conversions.
Experience with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience working cross-functionally and communicating results to a wide range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in HTML and writing basic SQL queries.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
