Job Description


Position serves as the primary contact for the Account Replenishment Department.  Monitors inventory and in stock levels on a daily basis.  Creates, develops, and analyzes replenishment recommendations to Buyer and Replenishment staff.  Responsible for communicating all executed replenishment actions with FSVP, NAM’s, and Supply Chain team.  Works closely with FSVP and NAM’s to identify opportunities resulting in increased consumption and shipments.  Keeps daily log of shipment volume and tracks progress throughout the month.  Key aid in forecasting process with Berkeley Heights teams along with NAM’s. Serves as the liaison between Sales teams and Supply Chain teams in Cranbury. 

Key Job Accountabilities


  • Responsible for forming and leading strategic logistic partnerships with designated retail customers. 
  • Responsible for New Item set up and Promotional execution.
  • Support the National Account Team through management of the complete supply chain system. 
  • Work closely with the retailer replenishment function, Customer Service/Distribution departments and the National Account Team.
  • Focus on fill rate, in-stocks and strategic supply chain initiatives.
  • Collaborate with NAMs to improve P&L through strategies to reduce Markdowns and Returns and managing Partnership Pricing.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Opportunities.
  • Build Presentations for Management to help aid in forecasting.
  • Review Instock and Inventory levels and recommend solutions to fix problem areas.
  • Communication with FSVP in identifying shipment and volume opportunities and impact to forecast.


The Network you would Work With

Position is heavily involved with the Customer Logistics team.  Also, works closely with Customer Marketing and NAMs on Promotional execution.  Externally position is responsible for establishing relationships with Customers Replenishment team personnel and Vendor Performance Specialists.

A successful period of approximately 2 – 3 years in this position could lead to the following possible positions:

  • Assume more responsibility in supply chain roles at one of the many MG manufacturing facilities in NLR.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Know-How required

  • Four year degree required. 
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills a must.  
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience with Supply Chain and Ordering systems a plus
