We are thrilled to announce we are Hiring a Manager – SC Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) & Loyalty. This role will be based in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. You will report to the Loyalty and Credit Card Lead.

The SalonCentric Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) & Loyalty Manager will focus on all aspects of the running and promotion of the SalonCentric Credit Card Program and assist in the development of our SalonCentric loyalty program. Key objectives for this individual will include driving the performance of the program to acquire new cardholders, as well as increase incremental sales, activation and sales penetration amongst existing members.  Additionally, this individual will be a key player in developing and executing PLCC marketing strategies, supporting program enhancements, improving user experience, and the integration of the card within the loyalty program. The perfect match for this position has a strong balance of marketing planning and coordination, communication, analytics and creative problem-solving skills, and they strive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute marketing plans and drive promotional marketing for PLCC in coordination with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Finance, Pricing, Stores, Field Sales (Street) and ecomm, and card issuer Bread Financial
  • Drive promotional marketing of PLCC and loyalty across all channels.
  • Organize training for PLCC and loyalty program with all Associates that interact with our customers.
  • Review reporting on overall PLCC programs and marketing promotions to help refine and execute on future campaigns.
  • Key player to manage integration with PLCC and loyalty program with all key stakeholders

Things You’re Skilled In:

  • Two or more years experience in managing a retail credit card, loyalty program or multi-tender loyalty program, with strong knowledge and passion for consumer credit card marketing, loyalty, CRM, and analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing programs including CRM, email, direct mail, and in-store marketing, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive, self-motivated results oriented go getter, driving projects to completion with a high sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to change. Attention to detail and organization with strong follow through; managing and influencing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, synthesize raw data into meaningful reporting and produce results in a fast-paced fluid environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
