Job Summary:

Manage project work relating to the implementation of new product codification tool (Elixpedia) and its integration in the current landscape (i.e. DPM, Fusion SAP, WISE SAP).  This role will include the following responsibilities:

-          Participate in gap analysis of current systems to new tool

-          Present options and plans for new solutions to cross functional teams

-          Partner with local business units on analysis to evaluate impact of changes

-          Manage timeline and milestones for project

-          Create testing plan

-          Conduct testing along with business units

-          Collaborate on Process Documentation

-          Create training documentation and conduct training on new tool (Elixipedia)

-          Provide go-live and post go-live support to business units

       -      Guide process  by applying fundamental good data management practices

 

This key user must be able to judge data management topics and present to others for assessment.  In this role the Project Manager will be a driver of the preparation, testing, documentation and training for new Supply Chain processes and tools for KISS.

 

 

 

 Job Requirements 

BA/BS degree required

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant business experience

Experience in Consumer Product Goods industry preferred

Material master data management experience desired (especially in DPM or SAP systems)  

Understanding of GS1 norms and financial concepts beneficial

Strong Excel skills (i.e Vlookup, Pivot tables) required for data analysis, validation and trouble shooting.

System implementation experience beneficial

Very strong communication/presentation skills

Present complex concepts to a variety of levels of management

Up to 20% travel (U.S. & Canada)
