What You Will Learn:

The Manager of Retail Merchandising, under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Retail Merchandising, is responsible for managing the overall planogram process from creation to execution as well as in-store merchandising visions across multiple brands and categories to impact shopper behavior & engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead point of contact for planogram development and execution. Develop category visions customized by retailer
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure merchandising and graphic production timelines and requirements are met
  • Manage relationships with third party planogram vendors
  • Own creating & distributing planogram item related reference materials to all cross-functional teams
  • Track retail trends and innovation

Job Scope:

  • Lead the planogram process
  • Create, implement, and oversee continued evolution of strategies, remaining adaptable as team reacts to business needs and trends.
  • Manage all third-party resources for in store execution
  • Drive category alignment with calendar to meet key timelines.
  • Develop and maintain consistency of vision for category across retailers
  • Continuously seek deep competitor insight and category trends
  • Identify and pursue creative new ventures for the category and business.
  • Requires strategic thinking skills, creative and original in terms of new or improved methods, procedures, or ideas regarding processes.
  • Responsible for all assigned projects and objectives; works in collaboration with all internal departments and Field Sales.
  • Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet required deadlines.
  • This position will provide contact and interaction with senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s college degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of planogram software desired

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial
  • Actively scans the environment for new approaches, blending different ideas to come with creative yet effective solutions

Salary Range: $98,00 - $116,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
