What You Will Learn:

Manage global supply and demand balancing for a group of categories in brand catalogue.

  • Coordinate global flow of product and information, manage exceptions and streamline communication to affiliates
  • Manage the global catalogue, and optimize the end-of-life of discontinued products
  • Oversee quality of DRP from international markets (incl. US) and quality of net requirements passed to manufacturing; translate commercial interests into priorities for manufacturing
  • Set and maintain global inventory parameters for global managed stock positions
  • Coordinate confirmed supply plan with Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) and facilitate trade-off decisions ; coordinate arbitration decisions
  • Manage global E&O dispositioning through allocating to different markets as required
  • Single point of contact to DMI (Marketing) for global demand & supply arbitration, new product launch and coordination
  • Coordinate launch planning process across markets, monitor product availability and prevent E&O for new launch items by ensuring correct sizing of production batches
  • Drive/support agility initiatives in partnership with manufacturing, development and sourcing teams


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
  • Results oriented
  • Ensure attention to detail
  • Demonstrate professional judgment and sound decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage in complex situation often needing to deliver innovative results
  • Develop appreciation of global markets and cultural diversity

Preferred Qualifications:

       SAP/ APO expertise
