Job Summary:

The Digital Services Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for all digital services across multiple Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) websites including Virtual Try-On, Guided Selling, AI, Virtual Chat & Consultation. This work includes scoping, RFP, and on-boarding new digital vendors to build innovative on-site experiences as well as growing the strategy and execution of current on-site services. This person will be responsible for creating and executing detailed digital roadmaps, specific to each brand, to build best-in-class digital services for our customers. He/She/They will need to work with cross-functional team members including, but not limited to; D2C Site Business Leads, US Marketing, Global DMI, Digital IT and CDMO to support new services, new vendors, and achieving site services yearly usage (sessions, bounce rate, etc) and sales (% of sales, conversion rate, etc) goals. This role will contribute to digital and marketing meetings as directed and partner with cross-departmental team members on presentations as needed.

This Digital Services Manager will partner with the D2C Site Business Lead to ensure that site tools and services meet business KPI goals such as new customer acquisition, add-to-cart and conversion rate. This role will report into the Director of Ecommerce for ACD, and will be responsible for La Roche-Posay.com, Vichy.com, and Dermablend.com.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital/marketing role and/or service delivery management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with UX, consumer journey, digital product development, and user acceptance testing required
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and beauty & skincare digital trends
  • Fundamental understanding of various technical architectures
  • Ability to communicate the IT perspective to increasingly digitally savvy marketing professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • JIRA, Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics & tagging experience a plus
