Social, Content, Experiential: Responsible for conceptualizing, creating and management of content at Brand level. Advise categories on production of campaign content and define Brand content local adaption and implementation.


Key responsibilities are:

  • Drive the conceptualizing and creation of Brand content and ensure it resonates with the consumer (e.g. Reanimations, Product Laydowns, Video Content, Fashion Week, etc.)
  • Develop overall strategy and lead event activation and agency management for immersive brand and influencer experiences
  • Manage the agencies responsible for the creation of reanimations:
    • Create and issue briefs for agencies
    • Manage & review agency progress
    • Ensure content meets the Brand DNA
    • Manage agency contract & financials
  • Cross collaborate with Social & PR to animate Brand influencers and ambassadors
  • Lead conceptualization to completion of all big bet digital assets (i.e. – product laydowns, A+, ecom, etc.)
  • Define the Brands Facebook strategy & guidelines and communicate these to the zones and countries
  • Actively participate and ensure expertise sharing; innovation & upskilling
  • Keep abreast of and experiment with latest innovations in producing content

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related business experience
  • Experience in Digital platforms
  • In depth knowledge of:
  • Consumer habits & language
  • Consumer engagement methodologies
  • Marketing campaign 360 content
  • Agency management
  • Country requirements
  • Social media insights / results on Facebook analytics
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Information & Data management
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Quantitative data analysis skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
