Ideal candidates will have a  deep understanding of consumer engagement + needs, trends and love for pop culture. It’s important that this person has the ability to collect qualitative and quantitative learnings and consumer insights in order to improve experiences, activations, journeys and consumer engagement. Capable of crafting a clear vision for projects and steps necessary to execute against it. . 

As the social experiential lead, this person will be responsible for supporting the planning process with a key focus on aspirational and highly engaging experiences + partnerships, and that execution is consistent across touch points. 


Reporting into the AVP, Consumer Engagement, this role will be responsible for leading digital and traditional event strategy + execution including consumer activation, influencer experiences, bringing innovation to consumers through IVL or IRL eventing, and finding the right partners, inclusive of talent, that share NYX PMs key brand values.  They will actively coordinate with the wider Consumer Engagement teams  + cross-functional departments, global team and agency partners to manage timelines, creative assets, flagging risks, etc. for all projects and ensure tone, voice and visual brand positioning is effectively + consistently reflected and supported across platforms. 


KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop, plan and execute all influencer-facing and consumer-facing events and activations - IRL + IVL experiences intended to drive-wide-scale awareness for the brand.

  • This role is also responsible with working with our global team to ensure partnerships/collabs execution has a consumer-first approach and resonate with the US market, and lead ambassador programs + experiences - including college ambassador program + on/off campus experiences. 

  • Internal point of contact for creative, marketing, and global team to ensure smooth cross-collaboration

  • Responsible for planning, strategy and execution of brand related experiences and operations related 

  • Manage agency and create and manage all event-related content working with digitial agencies, creative, 360 team and internal partners

  • Consistently stay ont op of beauty trends and creators, and bring opportunities help brign brand awareness

  • Work with 360 partners + global team for special projects + collaborations

  • Key point of contact for retailer experiences (e.g., LIVE experiences, talent needs, consultations, etc.)
