Manager, Integrated Communications




The Manager, Integrated Communications, will be responsible for driving influencer-based relationships, programming and partnerships, in addition to driving the content strategy, execution and reporting of all Clarisonic social channels. This role will partner closely with and report into the AVP of Integrated Communications, as well as provide support as needed across US PR campaigns and activities.



  • Help lead the ideation and development of breakthrough influencer work for Clarisonic
  • Lead engagement and education with influencers to cultivate opportunities
  • Monitor and share social influencer trends and best practices with the team
  • Manage and augment influencer list, as well as drive consistent outreach to targeted influencers on behalf of the brand
  • Partner with brand marketing and creative services on social content creation
  • Ideate and execute cohesive social media content calendar across all Clarisonic social platforms
  • Manage social media budget
  • Develop social campaigns to support Clarisonic marketing initiatives
  • Drive all social media platform management, including content posting, community management, activations and more
  • Manage and create all internal plans, recaps and updates



To perform the role of Manager, Integrated Communications, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • 3-5 years of influencer and/or social media management experience
  • Knowledge of the beauty influencer space – with a strong point-of-view on both emerging and established talent
  • Proven track record managing influencer partnerships and relationships
  • Social media platform management and measurement expertise, especially on Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong copywriter
  • Passion for Clarisonic and skincare in general
  • Track record of driving measurable results in the influencer and/or social media world
  • Must be a self-driven, self-starter that has a consistent work ethic and can manage multiple priorities
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in and power usage of all social media platforms, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Spredfast, Olapic and other tools for influencer and social media  tracking and reporting
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what needs to be done to help drive the goals of the team
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred
