Job Responsibilities:


•         Support and develop wholesale channel by retailer

•         Monitor retailer needs – products (value analysis, phase-outs) and           events 

•         Execute new brand launches and campaigns in wholesale and           recommend feasibility for wholesale market

•         Plan and approve all co-op ads

•         Co-develop with creative to implement marketing direction on           collateral and merchandising

•         Work with sales department to develop strategic promotional           calendar and plan by retailer for each season and monitor           promotion throughout production and development process

•         Interface with all support teams to ensure timely execution of all           programs within budget

•         Initiate and prepare all marketing paperwork in a timely manner

•         Communicate with the sales department to ensure prompt,           accurate information disseminates to the Field Force

•         Work closely with brand marketing and cross-functional teams to           ensure promotional programs are in line with the brands objectives           and strategies

•         Present and manage short and long-term strategy needs for retailer           accounts

•         Manage and develops a team

•         Interact and communicate effectively with all cross-functional teams

•         Manage specific retailer fuel budget

•         Develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace, retailers and           customers

•         Help to improve wholesale marketing process

Experience, Competencies and Physical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-5 years’ experience in marketing preferably the cosmetics and/or fragrance industry
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently within a rigorous deadline schedule
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer etc) more than 90% of the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Ability to travel 30-40% or when needed
