What We Are Looking For:

Responsibilities:

  • Organization
    1. Leads and develops contracts, Invoices, and Finance payments to external parties. 
    2. Organizes and keeps track of a Global HCP database tracking all activity 
    3. Supports creating advisory boards with stakeholders 
    4. Manages budget and timelines with HCPs, vendors, and clinical research groups. 
  • Communication
    1. Actively participates in exchanges with internal teams.
    2. Summarizes meetings in the form of presentations, publications, posters, and abstracts. 
    3. Can orally present in medical settings.     
  • Scientific Operations
    1. Reviews scientific landscape for the upstream pipeline.   
    2. Supports operations involved in Clinical Studies 
  • Congress
    1. Develops Global Congress Collateral

Key Duties:

  • Actively supports Global Medical Relations initiatives. 
  • Designs and works with key partners to execute medical functions related to testing, communications, and medical engagements.    
  • Serves as a Liaison between key stakeholders for medical affairs within timelines and budget. 
  • Interacts with HCPs for advisory boards, congresses, and clinical testing.   
  • Monitors journals and publications relevant to projects.    
  • Presents testing strategies on SkinCeuticals products to healthcare professionals including physicians, academic institutions, researchers, and other health care professionals. 
  • Coordinates the gathering of materials needed for scientific communications and synthesizes information to present to the broader SkinCeuticals organization.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Clinical/Science degree or professional credentials required (BS, MS, PhD, PharmD, and/or scientific background/experience)
  • Relevant transferable experience (1-5 years; clinical practice, clinical or scientific training, academic research, and regulatory/scientific).
  • Experience in Skincare, Medical/Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cellular Biology, and/or Facial Aesthetic disciplines strongly desired.
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually independently
  • Strong medical writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience performing research and/or analyzing clinical research data
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians and other Healthcare Professionals
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to support 5% travel schedule (Congress, HCP visits and CROs)
