What will you do? 

Reporting to the NEO Region SAP IT Lead, you will be accountable for build activities to design, implement, and maintain core solutions within SAP ECC systems and with other enterprise applications in SCM domain across NA & SAPMENA zone. 

This person will require knowledge of SAP MM module, as well as a strong grasp of enterprise architecture and integration principles. You will be train on core template solution of NEO (S4 HANA Program) to ensure the implementation of the rollout accordingly to the core solution. Demonstrate a strong team player and coordination activities between the implementation team, markets, group and business. You will be also requiring leading potentially a small team from external vendor to ensure the workload distribution across your domain based on the capacity planning.


The position is based in PJ location for the NEO deployment Program across for the SAPMENA region.


 You are expected to manage the following:

  • Support each phases/activity of the NEO SAPMENA Region deployments for the F2S scope, focusing on technical tasks such as configuration, collection, value list mapping, test, defect & incident review. 
  • Focus on project activities which include planning, effort estimate, alignment with business leads and key stakeholders, key users, proper communication as well as hands-on work such as solution design, configuration, training, testing activities management, cutover and hyper care.  
  • Execute end to end project work adopting project methodology in place and ensure that solutions are delivered on-time and within budget. 
  • Provide guidelines to Applications owners to support Application remediation activities. 
  • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues/risks.
  • Support technical arbitration and necessary escalation of Deviation Requests and App Remediations raised.
  • Contribute into the DA/PAO (Design Authority) governance with all the require stakeholders.
  • Organize KT and handover to Run team or when applicable.
  • Work with different domains, stakeholders to identify and leverage emerging technologies and new functionalities in SAP integration.  (API First) 
  • Coordinate the different actors involved in the project, from IT to Business (Group, Zone, Countries). 
  • Create a positive value-added relationship with all stakeholders (Group, Zone, Countries, Business, IT).


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP end to end implementation, integration, and cross services. 
  • Strong functional and technical experience of SAP MM / SAP WM and understanding of integration with SAP-FICO and SD.
  • Strong understanding of SAP products and services, including SAP ERP, CRM, SCM, SAP related tools such as solution Manager & Transport Management and integration with other applications (HIP, API)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferably worked in a multi-national company / consulting 
  • Experience in SAP ECC6.
