Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Communications/Community Manager in Oslo. 


Your mission… 
As the Communications/Community Manager, you build relations and strength our community for hairdressers in Norway through our Social Media channels. You share news, create education content, and have responsibility over activities such as live broadcasts, take overs etc. You will also actively visit salons and brand events to create interesting content. You will be working closely with our PPD Education and Marketing teams and you will be engaged in different education and marketing projects to support the teams with SoMe activities.


You will... 
  • You will build L’Oréal Professional Product brands as the most loved and advocated premium beauty brands in Norway on social media
  • Develop all aspects of brand advocacy with relevant stakeholders such as hairdressers
  • Develop Communications strategy and plans for PPD brands with the team and define and execute communications activation calendar for our brands and education 
  • Develop influencer loyalty, reach and engagement on SoMe, both through paid and earned activations
  • Consolidate social insights & feedback, produce reports to evaluate ROI on social media events and activities
  • Support education team on digital content creation, taking on the responsibility for the equipment and management of Digital Studio

You are... 
  • You have a good interest, understanding and knowledge in social media overall 
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English
  • You have a good understanding and feeling for the salon/hair channel and ideally work experience and knowledge about beauty products 
  • You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You are extrovert and can build connections and network in a complex matrix organization
  • You are very well organized, structured, and self-going person; you strive for perfection and have a good attention for details
  • You are curious, flexible, digitally, and socially savvy with a positive problem-solving attitude

We are looking for the Communications/Community Manager to start as soon as possible. The employment is a 1-year temporary position.
