Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a new Social Brand Manager in Copenhagen.

As Social Brand Manager your role is to maximize the social reach, engagement and reputation of two brands, Garnier and L’Oréal Paris, through content generation, management of social media channels, and development of influencer strategy and influencer relationships. You will be the expert of consumer engagement and earned media. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader of Garnier and L’Oréal Paris (Mass Categories). 

Your key job accountabilities:
  • Develop, manage and implement the influencer strategy for both brands, Garnier and L’Oréal Paris Mass, as well as execute the content strategy to engage with the right influencers
  • Generate and track Earned media
  • Update & analyze the brands social dashboards of paid & earned media performance and social listening, giving recommendations to management and feeding social trends to the team
  • Ensuring consistent tone of voice across all platforms 
  • Developing understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement (& analytics)
  • Bridge between local PR managers to build brand activations together
  • Manage the brands local social media pages and fuel international pages 
  • Allocation and execution of budget for influencer marketing
Your profile: 
  • You have at least +1,5 years of experience
  • You have experience with for example community management, influencer strategy and/or earned media (media experience is a plus)
  • You are proactive, result driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
  • You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
