Online Brand Manager for Luxury Division

Now we are looking for an Online Brand Manager!


You will be responsible for…


1. Achieving sales targets through online retailers:

  • Observe, analyze, and provide insights on online competitor behavior and market trends
  • Adapt and enrich the brand strategy for the E-business execution
  • Own performance media & consolidate KPI’s
  • Ensure the development of an excellent user experience and customer journey online
  • Enhancing performance, traffic and conversion on customer websites (activations, sampling, R&R)
  • Knowing the online shopper inside out and providing that info [eg GA data] to the rest of the team
  • Work with Commercial teams to ensure gold standard execution on retailer site (search, visibility, quality of content, reviews etc.)
  • Work with retail partners and commercial team to understand needs, and develop relevant content
  • FPP responsible for concerned envelops

2. Secure online brand presence on Brand website:

  • Develop innovative and meaningful  content for brand website, based on  DMI input
  • Data tagging for consumer performance on brand web sites (based on tagging strategy defined by CMO team)
  • Ensure respect of brand DNA on  website
  • Define Search and Communication strategy (SEO & SEM)
  • Consult on  Search budget (SEM)

3. Managing consumer CRM

  • Driving insights out of consumer CRM
  • Implement local CRM brand strategy with Digital Manager
  • Map Customer Journey, analyzing  touchpoints with the Brand
  • Perform (incl. content creation, e.g. newsletters) and monitors CRM  campaigns
  • Plan, manage and deliver personalized CRM campaigns across channels (email, mobile, direct mail, social networks, POS, …) including  targeting and creative input, in  collaboration with PM & Digital manager
  • Set up automatized campaigns based on relevant, segmented triggers
  • Track KPIs defined for CRM
