Join our robust 18-month development program, where you will be rotated & exposed to exciting functions across L’Oréal Philippines such as commercial, sales, digital, and marketing! 
 

This intake will happen for January 2024
 

The Requirements are:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Economics, and the like).
  • Maximum 2 years of experience - less than 2 years can apply.
  • Active in organizations and internships relevant to the MT streamline that they are applying (in FMCG and/or beauty industry).
  • Proactive and has good learning agility.
  • Able to adapt and work in a matrix organization with teams from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, beliefs, etc.
