As an E-Commerce Key Account Manager (EKAM), you are expected to be an influential negotiator, strategic planner, and insightful analyst who can champion and drive the brand's e-commerce vision, and further Create Beauty That Moves the World. You are expected to manage the following:


  • Fosters, manages, and develops long-term business relationships with platforms/online retailers to reach targeted sales revenue and bring about mutual growth
  • Augments the brand's online presence
  • Spearheads and negotiates annual agreements with pureplay retailers
  • Develops comprehensive plans, including KPIs and goals
  • Creates individualized plans that consider each platform’s unique market position and potential
  • Drives synchronization across various company functions for consistent brand messaging and execution
  • Stays abreast of new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Translates market research into actionable business strategies
  • Oversees specific sales events using insights gained from the platform and from Brand/Marketing
  • Amplifies brand visibility and boost sales performance through events
  • Scrutinizes e-commerce partners' sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities
  • Uses data gathered to make informed and strategic decision-making and action plans

  • Has minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or related field
  • Has experience in managing key accounts (preferred)
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, a Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software
