Are you passionate about eCommerce and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment? L'Oréal is looking for an experienced eCommerce Project Manager specializing in Order Management Systems (OMS) to join our dynamic IT team. 

Your Mission:

• Lead the implementation of OMS projects across North Asia & SAPMENA, collaborating with regional and country business owners. 
• Ensure seamless integration of our eCommerce platform and fulfillment processes, maximizing capabilities.
• Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, including Digital Teams, Key Users, and external partners.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, optimizing processes and platforms for peak performance.
• Champion innovation by exploring and implementing best practices, new technologies, and integration enhancements.
• Be a risk management expert, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies. 
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance and governance in all project aspects.

Your Profile:

• 6-10 years of experience in Tech Operations/Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail or Cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record (3-5 years minimum) leading eCommerce projects with a focus on D2C, B2B, and Supply Chain. 
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes, stock management, and system integrations.
• Mastery of Agile Project Management Methodology and strong analytical skills. 
• Experience with marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop is a plus!
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and Project Management certifications are advantageous.
