 We expect that you succeed to:

Oversee the Kiehl’s online sales. Monitor on-line sell-in & sell-out excellence.

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity

  • Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute landing pages
  • Coordinate and execute newsletter marketing
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, average basket etc.)
  • Enriching e-commerce platforms with content in cooperation with Marketing
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation

  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan according to brand strategy and priorities: e-promotional calendar, product launches, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
  • Create a commercial action plan and analyze the sales performance to increase the turnover
  • Analyse website performance, traffic sources and conversion to identify the main product gaps an growth opportunities
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements
  • Ongoing coordination of system check with IT department
  • Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors

E-Business development

  • Launch new digital distribution channels
  • Develop e-retail channel in Baltic countries
  • Educate and share best practices with e-retail partners
  • Deployment of new versions of platforms (translation of content, implementation, testing)
  • Take a leading role in development of CRM strategy

Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence

  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
  • Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
  • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers
  • Share and utilize best practices from other countries and markets

You’re the perfect match if:

You have 3 years of experience in E-Commerce within fast-paced companies. You have passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative, innovative solution to meet these needs, but also:

  • Have proven track of records in boosting brand’s performance in e-commerce
  • Great proficiency in e-commerce, digital and CRM tools
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms and CMS
  • Preferred – familiar with Jira or equivalent system
  • Ability to use analytical and measurement e-com / digital tools
  • Strong planning, project management skills and commercial way of thinking
  • Networking and proactive mindset
  • Consumer centric approach
  • Fluency in English
  • Have passion for beauty and natural curiosity for skin care
