As a part of our team, we expect that you succeed in:
Establishing a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level.
Proactively ensuring order processing and follow-up until the delivery.
Efficiently answering to the clients requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes).
Recording analyzing and creating follow-ups to the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution.
Enforcing the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions in term of payment deadlines, through follow-up of the bills payment and in proactively ensuring reminders.
Ensuring client’s accounts clarity (clearing of accounts)
Active participation in the implementation of projects in collaboration with the client (ex: information sharing, stock levels optimizations etc.)
You’re the perfect match, if:
You have gained your first experience (1-2 years) in a similar position. Furthermore, you:
Are client oriented and well-organized
Have the ability to work within a dynamic environment
Are an excellent team player who brings a lot of good energy
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Have experience with SAP
Are fluent in Polish and English
Friendly and dynamic work atmosphere in a team engaged in sports and CSR activities
