Key job accountabilities:

  • Support to five Board Members (Finance Director, Human Resources Director, Operations Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Scientific & External Relations Director) in daily duties
  • Organization of visits, travels, expenses reports and meetings with internal /external partners and providers
  • Preparing presentations, translations, documents and minutes
  • Support to Board Members in managing calendars
  • Ensuring effective communication – managing correspondence
  • Managing the assigned independent projects
  • Supporting PR in internal and external company events

 Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in Executive Assistant role in dynamic environment (3-5 years)
  • Strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills
  • Initiative, business knowledge and experience, solution driven
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Dynamic, quick- thinker
  • Dedicated and committed
  • Flexible regarding urgent requests and cases
