We expect that you succeed in:
- Building the joint business plan with the Account(s).
- Contributing to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
- Building accurately forecasts and achieve the Account (s) results: turnover, market share and profit.
- Preparing and lead the Account (s) negotiation. Building the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensuring its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out.
- Acting as the expert of your Account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process.
- Building a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in. Building a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer. Ensuring the consistency of L’Oréal voices in communication with the Account.
You’re the perfect match, if:
You have at least 1 years of experience as Junior Key Account Manager/ Sales within FMCG brands, where power brands are part of your everyday work and understand the dynamics of the commercial work in a big international company. Furthermore, you:
- Possess good communication and negotiation personality traits;
- Have strategic approach to short and long term actions and planning;
- Carry category B driving license;
- Are fluent English.
