Key job accountabilities:


Deliver business targets: sell out and store KPIs (avg. basket, traffic, CR etc.)


Professional store management:

•Ongoing optimization, content management, seo, traffic, customer


•Coordination and execution of landing pages

•Deployment of outside partners’ systems e.g. versum, insider

•Delivering e-commerce content cooperating with Marketing team

•Leverage brand equity – brand zones, s-i-s, store locators

•Deployment of new versions of platforms (translation of content, implementation, testing)


•Create activity plan according to brand strategy and priorities

•Execute activity plan (banners, NL, graphics, paid search ads, sms campaigns)

•Co-create, coordinate (e.g. planning of samples/gifts, setting up the promo in the system) and execute promo calendar

•Launch new products and campaigns


•Deliver promo effectiveness analysis and recommend do’s and don’ts

•Run cross-subchannel tests

•Ongoing coordination of system check with IT department


Required skills and abilities:


•At least 3 years of e-commerce experience in fast-paced environment

•Great proficiency in e-commerce, digital and crm tools

•Ability to use analytical and measurement e-com / digital tools

•Strong planning and project management

•Networking and proactive mindset

•Consumer centric approach

•Fluency in English
