Making recommendations to management on the category based on your own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
Implementing new launches and maintaining growth in pillar products and animate core Garnier hair colorants category
Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
Adapting communication material (imagery, digital, a point of sale)
You’re the perfect match, if:
You have at least 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager, Brand Manager, where power brands are part of your everyday work. You have a passion for new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use. Furthermore, you:
Have flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
Have strong communication, analytical and networking skills
Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer trends
Have the ability to work with Nielsen data (nice to have)
Are a creative innovation seeker
