To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning, contribution to the growth by driving new product launches and key pillar products.

·         Oversee and guide brand development, manage portfolio priorities

·            Listen to, develop a deep understanding of local consumers, and generate new insights for strategic marketing activities plan.

·            Monitor local trends and feedback findings to Zones/ DMIs to ensure new products launch/ development are successful.

·            Propose and monitor MKT mix strategies (IMC/ 360/ Digital/Retail) to build integrated/engaged consumer’s brand experiences

·            Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations

·            Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (ex. Sales/logistic/retail / education/ finance…) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy and realistic execution.

·            Manage business driver efficiency: right mix of A&P to drive sales

·            Key ownership of the forecast process

·            Manage and monitor marketing performance for the ecom site to drive traffic and conversion.

·            Effective prepare clear message/structure presentation for the senior management level
