Every day we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies to advance the brand building, the retail excellence and the digital engagement creating real emotion through memorable brand experiences and creative marketing initiatives.

Now we are looking for a Product Manager...

You will…

Be accountable to preserve the Equity of the brand

Be responsible for the perfect Luxury Image of the brand on the field

Be obsessed to prepare impactful campaigns, be the media owner, preparing and optimizing the campaigns assets

Define the Digital Strategy of the brands and become a guru in Digital Tools

Decode consumer’s profile

Activate Data-driven brand decisions  

Deep dive on your product métier and own your brand launches

Track, measure, and report performance of your assigned brands

Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Beauty Industry, ideally in a multinational environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent required

Master Equivalent or MBA would be a plus

Media handling experience both in leading creative briefs and allocating media budgets

Digital savvy

Excellent communication and influencing skills, advanced planning & organizational capabilities

Ability to think broadly in terms of Business Perspective and out-of-the box

Creativity, personal drive and innovation
