As a Project Manager on the New Business Integration team you will
support aspects of Acquisition and Integration projects from initiation,
transition planning to conclusion. You’ll assist in the accomplishment of
project objectives through detailed planning, leveraging best practices, risk
identification and mitigation, resource alignment, evaluation of priorities,
precise communication and establishment of robust governance, progress
reporting and escalation protocols.
- Support the
project management team in delivery of Acquisition & Integration
activities through involvement in project planning and initiation,
execution and project closure.
- Utilize project
management skills to assist to identify and manage resource requirements,
define project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, measure outcomes
and ensure effective project execution to maximize growth and value
creation for these brands.
- Have involvement
within the overall project team and may have direct accountability for
specific areas or functional inputs.
- Provide project
management support to accomplish work objectives.
- Be willing and
able to work in Clark, NJ with approximately 10-20% travel required
(domestic and Americas) depending on deal characteristics.

- Minimum 4 years
of business experience in Project Management supporting complex or

- This role may
travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
