Creative Project Manager - 

Visual Merchandising and Store Design

This role will own project management, design kickoff through execution, schedules, budgets, logistics and all operation aspects of monthly animations, resets, events, pop-ups, chain displays, L'Oreal meetings, store openings and retrofits and more.

Key Responsibilities:

        Develop & track reset, animations, store design, & miscellaneous project timelines daily on Smartsheet

        Record & monitor deliverables daily. List out all animations & reset deliverables in Smartsheet  correctly and connect with designers on status of delivery to communicate to stakeholders

        Track project Smartsheet daily and add deliverables necessary with dates approved department head

        Communicate with designers to make sure projects are on track

        Upkeep weekly departmental Smartsheet for department head

o   Traffic incoming requests daily cross functionally and globally

o   Communicate timelines and project details with department head and update project Smartsheet

        Ensure cross functional alignment

        Well-rehearsed in what assets we have and asset placement on the server, Box.com, OneDrive and Opera

        Attend relevant meetings & scribe at all attended meetings

        Budget tracker for all department executions

        Track each PO in SmartSheet with name of vendor, cost, PO #, etc.

        POs delivered on time

        Communicate with all vendors for any and all financial questions

        Be the liason with finance counterparts

        Vendor on-boarding

        POC for vendors who are not in the L’Oreal system to onboard

        Pull necessary documents & track process in a timely manner

        Vendor lookups, search vendors to see if in L’Oreal system for department head to arrange 3rd party commitments

        Reset and Animations, track that all cross functional items are delivered and remind

        Ensure all correct files are uploaded and in the proper folders on Asset Management System

Job requirements:

        Must have experience and technical knowledge of production: print process & mechanicals.

        Strong communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner

        Foster good interaction with cross functional partners:  marketing, packaging, product development and creative

        Highly organized and detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

        Create and maintain good vendor relationship

        Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a timely manner, as well as, ability to juggle priorities within a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • Previous Visual Merchandising experience, preferred
  • Demonstrate analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a creative team
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ Outlook) and Smartsheet
  • 6+ years previous experience in a similar position
