During this internship period, your mission is to establish Influencer Management in APAC and governs the L’Oréal Media management tools for APAC. You will gain exposure to a broad network of business stakeholders and interact with business leaders!

Work Location: Shanghai, China

Internship Period: Immediate (6 months - 1 year)

Key projects/responsibilities:

Project focus #1: Influencer Management for APAC

  • Coordinate with TRAACKR team in Paris & L’Oréal teams in APAC markets to ensure successful deployment of the new tool
  • Master the tool functionalities to be able to help Divisions/markets with requirements & use cases
  • Understand the gaps in the tool & feedback to Paris teams to build future enhancements for APAC
  • Maximize tool utility for Zone by creating an automated Influencer Performance Tracking from TRAACKR to the Influencer Performance Dashboard on DOMO
  • Build a clear performance tracking for Livestreaming
  • Develop best/practice recommendations for Livestreaming via APAC executed campaigns

Project focus #2: APAC Media dashboard

  • Master APAC Media Tool-CONTACTS
  • Work with L’Oréal & agency teams to create the right process to ensure minimal gap between CONTACTS & COMPASS
  • Manage access for Zone. Ensure training for new/existing  users
  • Assist in development of the Ecom Media tracking via CONTACTS
  • Support with reporting for ad hoc data analysis/ DOMO/Power BI

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Good command of English
  • Proficient at or love data
  • Project Management with excellent communications skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Curious with an analytical mind
  • Excel/PowerPoint Expert
