We are looking for young scientific talents to work at the Research & Innovation facility in Mumbai, India, and we want you!
You will develop breakthrough formulation technologies.
You will grasp consumer insights and develop products that will satisfy every last one of them.
You will have full responsibility of the development process, coordinate and validate every step.
You will convince the business of the value of your technology, thanks to strong product pitches.
Do you have over 6 years of experience? Then you will also manage a team and foster a creative environment from which milestone innovation can stem!
Who Are You?
You have a Master’s degree (required) or a PhD in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
You have 3 to 8 years of formulation development experience in Consumer Products
You have experience of collaborative and multidisciplinary working
You like the bench, and you are willing to work on it!
You know how to build the dialogue with business and brands, to transform innovation into amazing market opportunities
