We expect that you succeed in:

  • Applying and leading the medical business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets;
  • Performing and monitoring monthly sales in/out for the major regional accounts;
  • Acting as guarantor for the image and policy of brands in the region;
  • Developing trusting relationships with key customers;
  • Motivating and developing the team of Medical Representatives;
  • Driving the performance of medical activities and medical training in the region;
  • Managing and arbitrating regional budgets;
  • Maintaining close cooperation between the sales team and marketing team.

You’re the perfect match, if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the sales medical environment with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management;
  • Have experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry;
  • Have understanding of brand equity & marketing strategy;
  • Have strong analytical skills;
  • Have ability to manage complexity;
  • Have influencing and negotating skills;
  • Have strong communication and networking skills;
  • Have flexibility, desire to learn, strong self-motivation;
  • Have communicative English.
