Key Job Accountabilities: 


He/She contributes to PLV logistics for Counter opening, Counter Maintenance, Renovation, SAP and Stock control. 


Deliver operational implementation with excellence  

·       As a gate-keeper to support brand opening and renovation project by delivering merchandize material timely 

·       Follow up opening project report and request  


Counter maintenance manage & follow up  

·       Fully control of Maintenance application, validate all work order, as well as monitor contractor rectification workflow 

·       Centralize and bundle counter maintenance requests, consolidate and validate quotation from contractor

·       Consolidate maintenance report from contractor 

·       Establish strong professional relationships with cross-functional stakeholder and external contractors  


Manage warehousing and stock movement operation  

·       Shipment control to secure every timely delivery  

·       Regular inventory level checking & inventory list update 

·       Gatekeeping of merchandize material MAD from different types of distribution

·       Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience 

·       Pilots & monitors POS appearance and operation efficiency in line with timelines and budget 

Act as a Business Driver 

·       Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy 



  • 2 years of experience with Project coordinator related role
  • Enjoy coordination and administrative support role
  • Highly organized, proactive, mature
  • Can do attitude
  • Good communications skills to work with stakeholders across different levels
  • Proficiency in excel
