As the Merchandising/ Marketing Graduate, your role is to support the Merchandising Manager and Senior Category Manager in several merchandising and category related tasks. The role reports to the Swedish Senior Category Manager, Luxe.
Your key job accountabilities:
? Supporting the Merchandising Manager with coordination, merchandising orders, and implementation for store openings and renovations
? Supporting the Category Management team with POS (point-of-sale) material orders and follow-up on deliveries making sure its executed flawlessly in-store and on time
? Working closely with external design, production and installation agencies, briefing them and coordinating local productions / installations for permananet merchandising systems, visuals and other POS material
? Liaising on a daily basis with the Retail Sales Coordinators in the field, supporting them with queries, spare part orders with regards to merchandising and point-of-sale material
? Maintaining the merchandising database making sure its updated inline with the latest merchandising systems in the Swedish distribution
? Being out in the field on a highly regular basis to check, assist and assure execution of retail excellence according to standards and guidelines
? Supporting the Category Management team on planning and execution of demo stands and customer events
? Ad-hoc and daily coordination tasks
? Passion for luxury and ability to manage complexity in a working environment
? Creative, out-of-the-box mindset and enjoying work in a multicultural and diverse team
? Highly structured and detail oriented, with sound capability to plan
? Highly process oriented, leading your projects with great accountability and integrity
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to work both independently and as a team-player easily winning trust with colleagues and customers, and enjoying reaching targets in collaboration with others
? High work-load capacity, ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast-paced environment
? Enjoying work out in the distribution with L’Oréal Luxe customers and retail sales consultants, always having a service minded approach
? Fluency in English, both spoken and in writing
? High level of MS Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)
