What are key highlights of this role?

As brand Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities are outlined below; in this role the expectation is that your primary focus is supporting the sales team to plan and execute retailer activity, on time and in full. You will be accountable for key retailer admin and support on sales team projects.

  • Admin Support
    • Key customer admin
      • Complete, submit and manage general and promotional admin for retailers requiring specific format/detail
  • Retail reporting
    • Manage weekly & monthly reporting, collate and distribute.
  • Ad hoc
    • Brand specific trackers
    • Projects for development, exposure and progression
    • PA duties including diary management, organization of team meetings/sales conference
  • Store Level Support
    • Manage & Coordinate retailer store level requests for events and show materials
    • Ad hoc, prioritized in collaboration with the National Account Manager (NAM)
  • Data and Info
    • Retailer insights
      • Share learnings, best practice and ideas from the market
      • Support NAMs with retailer data and customer portals for key campaigns and ad hoc activity
    • Data expert
      • Support NAMs with data and info to review key retailer activity
    • Store visits
      • Prepare info needed for Management visits to stores, e.g. results
